Who We Are
The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) represents political consulting and public affairs professionals from Washington, DC, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia. Officers and Board Members are:
Dean Phillips, President. Dean founded Aristotle International and has been involved in political and grassroots software and services for over twenty years and is recognized as one of the nation’s driving forces in the development of cutting-edge political, PAC, and grassroots software.
Steve Rice, Vice President. Steve is the Vice President of Field Operations at DDC Advocacy, a leading full-service advocacy firm with clients including many of the Fortune 50 and the largest associations.
Jessica Keegan, President Emeritus. Jessica is a seasoned media consultant specializing in public affairs, marketing and strategic counsel for political candidates, non-profit organizations and third-party issue advocates.
Kristen Hainen, Program Coordinator. She has worked as a communications strategist and has held a variety of senior level positions on political campaigns around the country. Hainen is the Communications Director at LMG, LLC, a public affairs firm that unites law, communications, strategic counseling, and crisis management into campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, trade associations, start-ups, and non-profits. Additionally, serves as the CEO of CandidAide.
Jason Killion Meath is the President of Xenophon Strategies, Advertising & Advocacy. Previously, he was a partner with The Stevens & Schriefer Group.
Jennifer Bethel founded JMB Design center, specializing in all mediums of design from brochures and press kits to advertisements and websites. She was recently named a Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections magazine.
Jordan Lieberman, Member Communications Director. He is Managing Director at CampaignGrid, LLC. Previously, he served as Publisher of Campaigns & Elections magazine.
Neil Reiff is a founding member of the firm of Sandler, Reiff & Young, P.C., in Washington, D.C., with over fifteen years of experience concentrating advising national and state party committees, candidates and other political organizations in campaign finance and election law matters.
Whitney Hurt, Secretary Treasurer. She serves as National Account Manager for The Political Insider, LLC. Prior to working for Political Insider, Hurt served as Membership Director for the American Association of Political Consultants.
Scott Reiter is the Managing Director of RPAC and Political Programs for the National Association of Realtors. RPAC is the nation’s largest trade association PAC.
Courtney Sakai is the Senior Campaign Director for Oceana, the largest international organization focused solely on ocean conservation.
Michael Bronstein, Program Coordinator. He is the founder and president of Bronstein & Weaver, Inc., a Democratic political strategy and direct mail firm located in the greater Philadelphia area.
John Jameson is the founder of Winning Connections, America’s premier telephone voter contact firm for progressive groups, causes, and candidates.
